Sinplify joins CSM Approve, the holistic NIS2 offering from CSM

Cyber Security Management unveiled CSM Approve in Monaco, a NIS2 offering that brings specialist partners together around a single journey, and Sinplify contributes its AI-based compliance analysis.

Cyber Security Management (CSM) presented CSM Approve at the Assises de la cybersécurité in Monaco, an offering that supports organisations subject to NIS2 from choosing products through to integrating them and evaluating the project. Sinplify is one of the partners brought together in the initiative, as Solutions Magazine reported in an article published on 15 October 2026.

A score for the whole NIS2 journey rather than for each tool

CSM Approve starts from the conviction that NIS2 is not a shopping list. The directive calls for a resilience strategy covering governance, risk and people, whereas piling up software with no overall logic mostly creates a false sense of security and pulls budget away from training. CSM Approve therefore follows the project from start to finish and gives it a NIS2score that reflects the whole approach rather than a single product.

In the article, Nicolas Locoge, who supports the chair of the management committee at the FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister, points out that a product is only a means and that the real aim is to reduce risk. Peter Braem, CEO of CSM, adds that supply chain security is one of the core requirements of NIS2.

Specialist partners brought together in one offering

CSM Approve combines the expertise of specialist partners so that every stage of the journey is covered, and Sinplify brings the compliance analysis with an AI-based tool that centralises compliance data, tracks progress on good practices and produces professional reports.

According to the article, the offering is set to grow over time.

Why CSM chose Sinplify

Sinplify is a Belgian cybersecurity compliance platform whose European AI reads the documents you already have, whether policies, procedures or audit reports. It recognises the good practices already in place, prepares what is missing and makes every piece of evidence count for CyFun®, ISO 27001 and ReCyF at once, which fits the NIS2score logic well since it is progress across the whole approach that matters.

On its page about Sinplify, CSM explains why the platform carries its CSM Approv label: it starts from what the organisation already does and covers all of its frameworks at the same time instead of starting over with each new one.

What this means for you

CSM already distributes Sinplify and is now including it in a broader NIS2 support offering, which in practice means the following:

  • You work with a tool approved by CSM, which sets it up with your organisation and follows your progress
  • CSM never sees your evidence unless you invite it to
  • Every confirmed piece of evidence moves your CyFun®, ISO 27001 and ReCyF gauges forward together
  • Nothing counts in your gauges until someone on your team has confirmed what Sinplify suggests

Sinplify structures and accelerates your approach and prepares your file while CSM supports you through the rest of your NIS2 journey, leaving you free to focus on actually reducing risk.
